It’s been a long time…

Hello again. Took a little break from dreaming about TGs over the past few months. Something about a pandemic and real obligations got in the way of all the fun. I am happy to report we are back on track and more excited than ever about our little beach bar. We started working on real merchandise (the merchandise currently on the website is the bomb but not actually available). We have also developed some drinks based on friends that have inspired us over the years. We will post recipes and videos soon.

“Why put so much work into a bar that isn’t real, TG?” You might ask. Or a friend might have asked me. The most obvious reason is the work I am doing on this project is effectively keeping me from tackling the million other obligations I currently have. I know this is true. The little voice in the back of my head chastising me knows this is true. But I say to the little voice, “Go have a drink and sit down and just watch”. This bar is real, and when it asks to be worked on I oblige. I am enjoying theses days of inspiration. I can see the bar. I can see the laughs. I can see the joy and camaraderie it has already given me and those involved in its creation so far. I can’t wait to see where this all goes. I am assuming to sunny days, warm beach sand, and tequila.
